It's important to note that once your order begins processing, changes or cancellations cannot be made. This is because each step in our process requires thorough preparation and planning, and making changes or cancellations may cause unnecessary disturbance to our production flow. Therefore, we recommend checking and confirming all details carefully before submitting your order to avoid any unwanted disputes.
  • International Shipping: The length of time for international shipments may vary due to customs and other factors beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to customs or international shipping carriers.

Make sure that all information, including street name, number, city, state, and ZIP code, is entered accurately. This helps to avoid package loss, damage, and delivery delays.   • Damages: We take great care in packaging our products, but damages may occur during shipping. If a product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures and a description of the damage. We will issure an refund if the damage is confirmed.
