Shop Policy

• All of our handmade molds are made to order. We do not carry any ready stock, so once the production process has begun, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on any of our products.
• Please note that our molds are produced with high-quality silicone materials, and it may take between 1-3 months to prepare and deliver your order, depending on the complexity of the molds you requested. Please be patient during this time and only place an order if you are willing to wait.
• All of our molds are carefully handmade, poured, trimmed, and inspected one by one to ensure their quality. However, as these molds are not mass-produced, minor imperfections may be present. Please rest assured that these slight flaws will not affect the final results if you properly dome your objects.
• Once we have shipped out your package, we are not responsible for any issues that may occur during shipping, such as theft, loss, or damage. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address and that someone is available to receive your package upon delivery.
• We give our customers full permission to use and sell any works that they create using our molds. However, we do not allow our molds to be purchased with the intention of re-molding them for commercial use. This is to ensure respect for our intellectual property and the handmade nature of our molds.
